 Leveled Lessons:
  • Instructors will determine student placement according to a students age and level of ability (basic vs advanced strokes/court strategy; serve and maintain a controlled and cooperative rally).
  • Starting with low compression balls, using smaller racquets on smaller courts, children are able to play tennis sooner.
  • The focus starts with play, then shifts to skill development and strategy.
  • As the child's development progresses they move to the next level, where the racquets and courts get larger and play gets faster.
  • *Pending instructor approval, progression from one level to level will vary from child to child.
  • The Level of a lesson isn't limited to one type of ball.
  • Intstructors may use a variety of low compression and/or standard balls for skill development or to reinforce fundamental skills.
  • Emphasis is on proper technique and control of fundamental skills for the beginner, and advanced strokes, court strategy and match play for the more experienced player.
