Youth Lessons

Tennis Tot Lessons - Ages 4 through 6

Designed for children ages 4 through 6, the primary focus of this popular program is to build confidence and self-esteem. Further emphasis is on the development of motor skills through tennis-related games and activities.

Tennis Tot II Lessons - Ages 6 and 7

Offered to 6 and 7 year olds, this class is ideal for those who are developmentally ready to increase their class time to 1 hour twice a week. The class focus is on the development of fundamental skills through games and activities.

Offered exclusively in Exeter

Young Junior Lessons - Ages 6 through 8

Offered to 6, 7 and 8 year olds, this class is ideal for those who are developmentally ready to increase their class time to 1 hour. The class focus is on the development of fundamental skills through games and activities.

Ages 9 & Under Lessons *

These camps promote skill building through tennis-related activities. We encourage healthy social interaction and building of self-esteem through cooperative play at this level. These tennis camps are for children ages 6 to 9.

Offered at the following locations: Dover | Exeter | Hampton | PCA | Portsmouth | Stratham*

* - The age group is 10 & under at the Stratham location.

Ages 10 & Up Lessons

This program focuses on on-court strategy and match play, while continuing to emphasize fundamentals.

Junior & Intermediate Junior Lessons - Ages 9 to 16

These classes are for students ages 9 to 16 with a focus on development of fundamental skills for the beginner and emphasizing court strategy and match play for the more experienced players. Typical Junior Lessons are 60 minutes long, while the Intermediate Juniors is 90 minutes long. Leveling will be determined and accommodated by the teacher.

Offered only in the fall/winter and exclusively at the Smart Tennis Center in Hampton

Junior Group Lessons - Ages 9 to 17

These classes are for ages 9 to 17 with a focus on development of fundamental skills for the beginner and emphasizing court strategy and match play for the more experienced players. Leveling will be determined and accommodated by the teacher.

Adult Lessons

Beginner and Intermediate Adult Lessons

These adult classes are for ages 18 and up with a focus on stroke development and fundamental skills for the beginner and emphasizing court strategy and match play for more experienced players. Leveling will be determined and accommodated by the teacher. Round robins and USTA Leagues are available.

Individual and Group Lessons

Lessons may be arranged to suit individual/group needs. If you don't see what you're looking for... call us at (603)373-8112! We will try our best to accommodate special requests for small groups, private and semi-private lessons, etc. We've even done birthday parties!

Tennis-specific Conditioning

Kyle Littlefield is an Etcheberry Certified Tennis Coach and Trainer. Littlefield Tennis provides this tennis-specific strength, conditioning, and movement program to aspiring players of all ages who are committed to improving their performance. Areas of focus include:

  • Cardiovascular fitness
  • Endurance
  • Core stability
  • Agility
  • Balance

Student Evaluations

We encourage evaluations of new students' levels to assist us with proper program placement. Evaluations consist of a one-half hour session. (Adult and Junior evaluations are available.)
